Svenja Ava had established editorial credibility as a fashion photographer, yet lacked a clearly defined strategic position within the rapidly evolving AI-fashion landscape. The challenge was to create a differentiated positioning framework capable of connecting traditional fashion image-making with emerging AI-driven creative practices.

Conducted competitor analysis, audience research, content ecosystem mapping and market positioning assessment across fashion photography, AI creativity and emerging digital image-making sectors.

Key Insight

A strategic gap existed between traditional fashion photographers and AI-native creators, creating

an opportunity for a hybrid positioning capable of bridging editorial expertise with AI-enhanced authorship.
